I totally agree with the unprofessional part and the FL's characterisation change. So many viewers can see this, so why can't the writer think of it? Making the FL stupid seems to be a drama cliche to pair with an intelligent CEO ML.

I agree with you. The CEO not taking the gift is business ethics, she is taking it too personally. The writer did her bad turning her from a sassy smart understanding lady into a gullible feisty impetuous ajumma. sad

I fully agree with you, wasted a romance plot. I would rather they focus on how a divorced and single mother overcame social stigma (in that era) to have the courage to love again than the "finding mother" plot. In the end they turned out to be a boring couple compared to DaeGeun and Juri.
