And I quite understand why Kim Sabu brought KDJ back to the trauma center. Because he wants Doldam in a better direction. More open & professional. In a way of thinking KDJ & Cha jinman can actually make Doldam better by following standards & rules. Kim sabu himself once said that his way of thinking & working with cha jinman & KDJ is different & intense, right? with same goal but different methods. He knows that well enough. What is wrong is, too much force. Doldam is used to the old way so when there is a new way it is quite difficult, sometimes it is also true what the CEJ said, the consent of one party. Talk carefully, take the doldam staff heart & understand them. Maybe KDJ thinks that doldam already knows him, already knows how he works, but has he forgotten that only the old staff know him, the new ones? Even the old one was not comfortable with him. He said there is no time to make them understand. Come on, do you want to be a boss or a leader?
In terms of character & personality, I admit that I prefer SWJ's character over KDJ's. KDJ is a type who is quick-tempered, too stubborn & thinks he is the only one who is right. SWJ is a calm type, if he is not satisfied he is straight to the point but when given an explanation he can accept & learn easily, he will think again and always rational. Another one I think, SWJ's background makes him act like that, he is actually very talented Dr. . Even Kim sabu seems to like him a lot. Natural talent. With so much life pressure, he managed to deal with it by being himself. I don't see him wanting to be Kim sabu, he just really adores & just being an obedient student. But KDJ, I see he wants to be Kim sabu. From s1 again & now continuing to s3 😌 Ever since he knew the history of Kim sabu he wanted to stay in doldam, he said he wanted to learn. But practice quietly to have hand speed like Kim sabu lol. SWJ? not. he has his own character, his dexterity is recognized by Kim sabu & doldam staff, they themselves are surprised. He adores Kim sabu without knowing the history of Kim sabu & Kim sabu's dexterity. He has a strong character. He only has one weakness, he adores Kim sabu too much, just obey him. He can't accept any other leadership other than Kim Sabu. Maybe he thinks that Kim sabu is his life savior, yes you all know the history of how he met Kim sabu. When he had no one, Kim sabu helped him a lot and taught him. He learned a lot from Kim sabu, so naturally he is too obsessed with Kim sabu. He pushes himself too much, he wants to be a good student, follow Kim sabu's method (Dr. saves people) until one time Kim sabu encourages CEJ to be angry with him for being too selfless.

Because I've read comments saying that KDJ is on the same level as Kim sabu, excuse me? same level? due to hand speed & senior status from Dr s2&s3? lol. No. No. that's not right.
why do I see so many people comparing the characters of s1 & s2/s3? Especially on Instagram. I don't understand why many people don't like Seo Woojin's character. Too glorifying the character of S1. please be realistic & open minded please? He already acted in S2&S3, that's his character. Usually the hardcore fans of s1 who make a lot of stupid comments, watch 1-2 ep in s2 & s3 and immediately speculate. Please appreciate & respect every character in this S2&S3, if you say it's KDJ's character then so is SWJ's character. If you want everything to be the same, that's not the name of drama, so why are the characters the same?
I've even watched from s1, up to s3. I know & can sum up what each character is like. And I can accept & respect that character. And of course everyone has their own favorite season, as well as me. I prefer season 2&3 over season 1 because of the character development & storyline more interesting.
