Problem with joy roles is they are always lovely characters and she is lovely in real life too. she smiles a lot which can be healing to her fans but people who aren't her fans find it annoying, as people especially kpop fans, now a days are after bad vibes rather than good vibes. I'm waiting for the roles which are contrast to her, just like in MVs bad boy and peek a boo and also WGM show where we saw her unique side. I know she wants to be good person, that making her choose these roles. But i really hope she gets chance to work in characters which aren't lovely becoz that's when people will realize how good she is as an actress. I'm personally loving this drama, but I seriously miss her versatility becoz of her roles and also RV MVs are being mostly cute or lovely now a days making people bored of them, (Culprit : SM , Victims : RV) , so it has to be through her roles as an actress.
I can't believe some people are hating joy's character here. She is the cutest. Its okay not to feel the character but hating the character and saying that it is annoying just bcoz the actress is an idol is very immature and also just know you people don't have to drag her down to support your favorite idol actress . Despite being a joy's fan for a very long I have not seen her previous dramas becoz they aren't my type but from the clips I've seen she is improving drama by drama for sure. I have seen 1st 2 episodes, I find her character funny & refreshing and I can't stop smiling at ML's reactions to her stare , their chemistry is super cute. It's adapted from the novel and joy is supposed to act accordingly and till now she did justice to the character. So please stop spreading negativity unnecessarily, It's ok if it is not your type of drama, don't like it just don't watch it.
