4 episodes so far are good. I don't have high expections for many shows that I watch because it's escapism for me. So, I let adaptions stand on their own. The acting and pacing of the series is good. How are people rating when it just started?
Why is the rating low? we must not be watching the same drama. The MLs are so freakin cute together, and the plot is light and sweet. Also, the characters are actually gay, not turned gay because they happen to like a boy. If you know what I mean.

It helps to watch something light or the complete opposite of this drama. I agree with " the rest is just noise" because some people will try to ruin good things, and it's not that deep. We're here for escapism at least I am.
I don't watch many lakorns, but I tuned in for Mario and Yaya and they did not disappoint. The acting and chemistry were great; you felt what they felt. I do wish there were more romantic scenes between the main leads because they have IT. I hope to see them in another drama again and soon. The plot twist at the end was unnecessary (to me), but it added shock value, and this is a drama, so yeah. To the viewers contemplating whether to watch this drama, give it a try and be glad you didn't have to wait for new episodes weekly. It's an excellent modern twist to a classic.
Damn, can Kloy have some happiness? First, her leg, and now her lover. She doesn't deserve all this. Also, why are people acting like Kla willingly slept with Asia? The hag is crazy and obsessed with Kla. I don't blame him because he had to do what he had to do to survive, and she used her power and money to try and control him. Good thing, he is smart and was always a step ahead of her from the beginning. Writers, give us (the audience) our happy ending because it's been exhausting especially the last 2 episodes.
This drama has everything, the chemistry between Mario and Yaya is A1 and the plot isn't dragging. Hopefully, the ending isn't rushed and we get happy moments between the main leads because we deserve it after all the angst every week. After episode 14, Kla still hasn't learned to let revenge go and move on. I can't wait for next week. I wish I had joined this forum earlier, I've been living with the angst by myself. I don't watch lakorns but I highly recommend this one.
I made account after 5-6 yrs just to say that War and Yin are acting their butts off. War acting with just his eyes is still *chef's kiss* and Yin has shown tremendous growth with his acting (we love to see it because some of these "actors" aren't gettin' it, this is definitely shade). Also, I love the subtle changes the writer's made with Vee he is more likable at the moment compared to the book. Their awkwardness/tension is so tangible, cinematography is good, opening credit song is good, actors are talented. All of this to say, I can't wait for new episodes each week. If you haven't watched the series, give it a try.
