Just realised during the arrow extraction scene: someone probably advised him to avoid looking in the eyes if he is shy, just look between the eyebrows - it's a psichological trick. Maybe this is why sometimes his gaze looks out of focus..Hope he will get past it as the drama goes on and he will become more relaxed about filming " romantic" scenes 😘. He is very invested in the character and his performance is really spot on !

Chinese new regulation limit drama to 40 eps, so they have to split in seasons. Happy there are 2 seasons and the story will not be rushed, so many events in the novel would otherwise be lost..
