This drama is dragging on for years s project that was casted and recasted by melons 5 or 6 times already..I won't believe until the official announcement is done !

I notice the hate msgs all refer ti incidents 2 years ago (xz , even if cleared, some swipe even if apologized). Hate will never go unless she reaches a top position with lots of endorsements. But if she continues to "go with the flow", as she said, her talent may be dimmed again in 2nd tier drama = which is actually what haters want. He lucky ticket was The Long Ballad, ab S+ drama, followed by 2 S+..
Jing Boran will do just fine. He has a girlfriend, so there will be no rumors abt him and Lusi. There is no t a single kiss in the novel, misscomunication, each keeps feelings to oneself - plus the open ending..Not a xanxia fan, anyways, so unless they get a great script, my expectations are low..Hoping though for a pleasant surprise , since it's a S+ drama, so at least good costumes, CGI, OST are expected. The latest choice of scripts was dissapointing : Houtong will have 10 eps with zls comunist style, Houlang main lead old teacher and pet romance - these 2 dramas dragged her back after WRTW and LLTG. Hope Hidden Love will have some hot scenes / chemistry to bring the ratings up.
I liked thr powerfull bond of two equally powerfull ML and FL. They know each other from martial art world, always compete and bicker, but when each other's life is at stake they realise camaraderie turned into love. They never hesitate to risk or sacrifice for each other, and willing to give up the throne to spend the remaining years together. None of the boring thrope of silly innocent damzel in distress here, pouting her lips and batting her eyelashes 😆😅
