Anyone else get the feeling that the sml doesn't give two shits about the King outside of duty? Like you can clearly see that the King views the Sml as a friend but I don't think the Sml feels the same. Like he didn't even hesitate to save a girl he barely knew over his supposed friend.And every time the King called him his friend it felt like the Sml was cringing or something.
