Minhyun never came across as a bad actor to me in AOS but next to Sohyun... he really needs to work on his delivery…
I mean who judge one's acting from teasers only? And in all those teaser they barely show his expressions other than surprised or smiling? Like it wasn't even 3 sec long for each cuts? And also, he mostly wear a mask in all those teasers.
Each people has different pace, why would you be sad? Weird. If anything he did improved that much after his 2nd drama and gettimg recognition from knetz when he's basically an idol first and foremost, is already made him a fast learner actor. Even some notable actors still need to improved their skills, and it was already years after their debut. I won't say names tho.
The male lead acting tho...??? Usually sageuk will have high rating in Korea. But I think this one has low rating because they didn't like the comedy part in this drama. Not just comedy but a "manga/comical comedy".
Glad ong seong wu is the ML.... i watched 20th Century Girl and BWS is one-dimensional actor with the same expression throughout the movie meanwhile OSW in Seoul Vibe has many expressions and good lines delivery!

I hv a friend who's a kdrama lovers since like 2000 ish era. I know her personally well. She won't defend an actor when their acting is bad even if it's his fav she would stop watching it. She said to me she's liking Minhyun now bcs of his acting. She didn't know Minhyun before since she doesn't like kpop. She said Minhyun can act with his eyes which is quite rare for idol turn actor.
So clearly not "everyone" are into him bcs of his looks.

Nope the outfit is different. Yul wears khaki colors meanwhile the one who got attacked was in sky blue (songrim's uniform). Also his feature is different from Yul.
