It bothers me terribly : WHY all the windows in their houses are always open when it’s constantly snowing outside. Isn't snowy weather cold in China ? GREAT show btw :)
I honestly don’t know why I even watched this drama till the end. I guess I was just curious to see how far they’d push this whole idea of being ‘neutral’ and ‘calm,’ even toward people who have done awful things to you, and how you're supposed to stay quiet and never say your side. By the end, I was seriously wondering if the writer even understands normal human emotions. What was the point of creating a main female character who’s basically emotionally disabled, with zero real maternal instinct, actually, zero normal emotion at all? They had good actors, a budget for endless scenes and locations, a huge cast… and still managed to turn it into this mess.
Isn’t the same child actor playing the young version of Zhao Lu Si , just like in her previous dramas The Story of Pearl Girl and Hidden Love? She isn’t credited here, though

I agree that he knows everything about her, but I disagree that he loves it when she is scared or takes advantage of her weaknesses. On the contrary, it seems to me that he was helping her navigate the entire situation, up until they got married.
I never thought that making coffee and touching hands can be so intense and erotic :) . GREAT CASTING BTW, so great, that you won't mind the slow pacing of the show.

Oh, I am so sorry to see that you didn't grasp the main idea of this show, and that is how powerful it is to root for one another, and how hard times can turn into good memories because of the support you get from others. So, I root for you to stay open for positive ideas and dramas with good vibrations. CHEER UP :)
