i took a break from watching episode 35 just to comment here that I still believe that JLQ is such a cool villain (even more than SGD!!!!) . god that scene where she was so cruel to DFS and injured him was such a horrifying representation of her obsession. she's very scary.
We were right about SGD all along that it was not a surprise anymore when he lifted that hood lol. My god Cheng Yi was so good in that confrontation scene. His crying face is so effective I just want to wrap LLH up and protect him. My heart literally broke with him considering that he devoted 10 years finding SGD's body only to be betrayed like this.
I kind of understand why he does not want to be cured. My man got too much lives under his responsibility. Sacrificing his Master's wife is not in character for him. I'm just glad he's active again. I will no longer hold grudges if it's a sad ending. I just want him to spend his remaining time righting the wrongs and living freely while teaching what he can to FDB.
Am I the only one who thinks that DFS was the one who sent that (stolen) ice key to Tianji Hall and then lied to SGD?? No matter what, I think he's not interested at all with that taking over the world thing. He just wants to battle fairly with LXY (reason why he's so adamant in finding that flower). I think we'll reunite with him in the next ep, considering that they are all rendezvousing at Tianji Hall.
FDB's (foster) father is literally a gem. Their whole family are a bunch of drama green flags. I was so proud of him when he acknowledged his current family and LLH as the ones important and not his ambitious biological donor.
SGD's motivation as a villain is a little annoying for me though. It was all because he couldn't beat LXY. If he did not have that tie to LLH as someone that the ML completely trusted, he would not be an interesting character at all. JLQ is a much more interesting character than him. I find that girl annoying to the core but at least there is a deeper reason to her obsession. Plus she is a lot cooler with her techniques lol.
I'm not sure if I'll fast pass tomorrow. I can't think of letting go of this gem just yet.
The fight scene where LLH and FDB were fighting that fake physician was so in sync. I hope to see more of that but please cure LLH first. Also, I knew that FDB will come through. My heart broke with him when he found out LLH's condition. They really are best buddies.

LLH is so pretty when he fights. I personally like him more in this state than the super righteous LXY that he was. I like him as our lying full of sht doctor lol. The fight scenes are always welcome but please I'm so afraid that he's getting closer to d-wording. FDB is acting all tsundere now but keeps getting exposed hahaha. He was so concerned when he thought he landed a wrong hit on his Master. He also kept getting exposed by his Mom. He will come around based on the previews. He loves LLH too much.
I need better communication from them but I also understand where LLH is coming from with all the secrets. The things of the past are just too complicated. And he does not want to ruin SGD image to his son. This is very honorable of him.
DFS and FDB will most likely work together to keep LLH alive. I don't even care if he gets all 100% of his powers back. Just keep him alive and stay as the brain of our trio.
can someone pls spoil from the novel if FDB ever figure out who LLH is??? also, does LLH get his martial arts back even just for a while even just to give that fight to DFS? im kind of okay with him just being our cunning lying doctor but he is really really pretty when he fights especially that scene where he was in all white and a stick lol
