tbh I wanted her to stay in Korea. FL looks kinda depressed for me, so in my opinion you should treat your mental health and your inner self at first, because whenever you are you won't be happy if you're depressed. and for me it looked like she wasn't happy in New Zeland either.

I'll start with my favorite Shen Yi and Du Chen's moments😁😁
The first one is of course the sound of Shen Yi's alarm clock. I was literally screaming at that scene. Omg that boy is down bad for him. And did you see that expression on Du Chen's face when he was about to give a present to Shen Yi in the car??? I replayed that scene so many times... He's down bad as well. But honestly I'd have loved to see more of that situation, something like Shen Yi brignning that sketchbook to work and Du Chen seeing this and being so happy and proud of himself. Because we all know now how much this man loves to be praised😌ofc especially if it's his lovely boyfriend. And if we're talking about praise, I need to mention that scene when Du Chen came to Shen Yi and lied about how Chief Zhang praised him and how dominant was Shen Yi asking him how she actually praised him. I was kicking my feet and screaming. They are so adorable!! That one moment in Dr Fang's lab when Du Chen was angry(?) with Shen Yi and didn't even look at him. That was powerful. And ofc confession♥️ It was just beautiful.
Now I'll explain my feelings about Dr Fang.
I didn't like the fact that they compared him to Shen Yi. I didn't understand it to the point I was angry with myself for not understanding Shen Yi's character. I love my boy sm, but why did he say that he and Fang are similar? Is it because of their obsession? Because they're both geniuses and are misunderstood by others? Ok I can accept it, but not the fact that Shen Yi would be like Fang if he hadn't met Du Chen and others. In what way would he have been the same? I don't see it, even when he was his past self I just don't see him being obsessed with whatever he was obsessed to the point he could turn evil. But I must admit the last scene with showing Dr Fang who he really is was indeed powerful. Showing Shen Yi struggling to portray himself was a great move as well. I guess we'll see more of that next season. (I really hope so)

So the main reason for me to watch this series was bromance, but I actually got really hooked on the plot and the cases as well. Maybe I even liked the cases in this season more. The colors this season are so bright and I don't mind it at all. I'm a fan of such a colorful picture. Of course I wasn't disappointed in bromance. I loved Shen Yi and Du Chen's scenes together so much that every time I saw them I got more and more greedy. (I'll list some of my favorite moments under the spoiler tag)
There aren't many things I disliked but here are some of them nonetheless. I'd like to see Du Cheng more. I had a feeling that they made him kinda irrelevant or something and that doesn't sit right with me. Another character I didn't like was Dr Fang. I didn't like him and his relationship with Shen Yi. (I'll explain it in the comment below as well)
Overall the show was great. It definetly became one of my favorites because it made me feel many different emotions and made me attached to characters so much.
I will be honest, I'm slowly losing interest, unfortunately... in the beginning I really liked it but my problem with this drama is that I feel like they don't show us enough scenes with ML and FL together. I'm not going to complain about ML and how he doesn't show his emotions(usually) because I think that's how his character is supposed to be, but tbh I'd like to see slightly more from him.
The kiss scene is another one of my dissapointments... I didn't like it at all. For me it felt like it was kinda rushed or something and it wasn't intimate, for example as that scene at her office at night when they were so close to each other.
