Don't care about the platforms. I just want more exciting C-dramas unlike the recent ones that are boring to hell.

Hua Zhi's side stories have made me skip a few scenes. It's entertaining but not as exciting as the old C-dramas.

I read the translated chapters and the palace scenes are definitely more exciting.

I just want to watch the last two episodes of S2.

And I asked what was happening to Season 2!!!

Life is pretty miserable without good C-dramas. K-dramas can never beat C- costume dramas.

The Chinese government's condition ie. no more dragging scenes and all series are confined to 40 episodes. So, scriptwriters and directors need to be supergood on a clear and concise and smooth dramatisation of a novel.

Unlike the previous C-dramas with 80 episodes.

It's OK as this is just a side story. In the novel, there are more palace scenes involving the inner court.

He is evil but a good administrator. His people live well but his ministers are always living in fear.

The side stories are boring. Like today's. I just skipped.

K-dramas are inferior compared to C-dramas. But, they are sometimes not bad to watch.

I am not really hooked up on this drama but as I have nothing to do, it's a good comfort to watch the first four episodes.

I cannot wait to watch Episode 6, not Epi 5.

MW is better playing this kind of character. She is hilarious in this drama.

A veteran actor playing villain roles such as court ministers or princes.

That's why he is so good. I actually prefer his scenes compared to GYX-HS scenes.

Myolie Wu is good in this drama. She started as an annoying character but the character evolved over time and I am now less biased against it.

I find the side story makes the drama less entertaining. I don't mind side stories in the drama but I prefer more plots by the emperor since the actor is so damn good for being a tyrant and torturing his children.

This actor plays bad guys in the previous C-dramas.

Hua Zhi & Gu Yan Xi split up today! I think the emperor is moulding Gu Yan Xi to be his successor. He dislikes his own flesh and blood ie. his entire breed. Hahaha.

He only loves GYX and is willing to forgive him for deceiving him.

The Emperor has pissed off the Dowager Empress.

What exactly did the Emperor try to hide the secret in the palace that so far the story hasn't revealed? We know the Eldest Prince is insane and imprisoned by the Emperor.

We also know so far the emperor had loved a woman before but her entire family was executed by the emperor and she committed suicide. We also know the emperor also has 4th and 5th princes since we have only seen the 6th prince unless the formers have died young or etc.

I prefe this Hua Zhi's emperor as he is so manipulative and cruel ie. a tyrant.

The romance between MCH's little brother and her best friend is so odd.

Unlike the romance between the couple in the drama, The Bond, this one looks so awkward

The mom is the worst and boring character in this series.
