The FL's feelings for the ML before the Tower scene were not romantic. Only when she was about to die in that universe, she actually felt touched by TTJ's true love for her.

So, I don't think LSS fell in love with TTJ in that universe until they met again in the current universe with TTJ as Chang Jiu Min who is so dazzling in his new uniform.
