The Double- I don't know about those who claimed age gap was not an issue. Some like me couldn't absorb it so I just browsed through the drama. No rewatch value for me.

LXY being eight years older than Zhou Ye is not an issue for me because in C-costume novels, the ML tends to be 8 to 10 years older than the FL. FL tends to be 14 to 16 years old.

One issue with LXY in C-costume dramas is the wig. He looks odd with the wig he wears as well as the makeup. He looks so thin and pale with his makeup and the wig doesn't help in this drama.

Unlike A Moment But Forever. LXY and Tiffany Tang's pairing is good. Age gap isn't an issue here.
