Why the hell is this rated higher than the original?! It’s awful. It should drop the Only Friends part of the…
Preach it, Sista! I second every sentence, every word. Not only the differences with OF, it could've been a good product without the comparison, but its overly dramatic scenes arent even properly justified. So they wanted to make it as dramatic as OF but took out the reasons of the drama... leaving very badly writen characters.
After this last episode, I came to realize Dean has always been the victim in the relationship with Jack. What a manipulator he is. If only Dean had Rome's courage to leave him, the guy is insufferable. All this, or just bad writing.
I feel like I have to give my two cents on the whole Dean Arnold "nothing happened" issueTechnically one…
Not really. Even if that's the case, their reaction should have been very different. They are acting as if they've seen Dean and Arnold kissing or worst, and they do not have any proof of that, way too exaggerated.
A break-up would be logical considering the lack of trust on their partners, but the shouting, violence and heart break are not understandable. It's just mediocre writing to justify drama without risking the characters moral. They want to sell morally grey characters without the morally grey actions, resulting in a very bland plot.
i hated how stupid messy the first one was so glad they turned it down a bit
The thing is the reactions are way more dramatic than first season over no serious issues. So there is way too much mess without actual justification. Mess for mess sake only.
When I was a sexually-mature 15 year old schoolboy with raging gay hormones, I had the hots for a supply teacher…
Thank you for sharing your experience. I have myself feeling uncomfortable about those topics and how they are treated in this drama. I always stand for protecting the youngsters first then ask later, and many comments here made me think about your perspective and consider both points of view. It is just a story but it resembles and can form different opinions on young minds, so it is very important to think it through. I appreciate the time you took to write your comment.
The only thing that annoys me about the promo is knowing that Jack and Raffy aren't even going to kiss. Because…
I wouldnt mind the cutting off the screen, what I do not understand if the cutting off from the script. It could happen but not show it if the actors aren't comfortable with it. We've survived many sex scenes based on poor focus or the shot of a lamp but with intense imagination. But make it actually happened in the story.
Dean isn't a child , no one is responsible for him but himself. If you date someone who you have to babysit and…
Well, if you are sober and let a drunk person drive and there's an accident. You would be more to blame than the drunkard. I dont think it was Jack's fault because anything actually happened, but Dean himself could have been in danger being left alone in that situation.
wait.. that's not all..wtf was tua doing unbuttoning his shirt? i just cant hate him morealso.. idk why arnold…
I'm with you my friend. The level of drama over the stupidest thing is extremely exaggerated. I could be mad and end a relationship because of the slightest doubt, if they cant trust their partners, they shouldnt be together. But treating them as if they actually have slept together is over the top, even if they had slept together, Tua and Jack werent even their official boyfriends at that moment. I blame the script.
Ok, guys, gals and non-bi. I love the actors, music, scenery, but I gotta say it... the drama? I was expecting a misunderstanding with the pic/vid, but Tua and Jack making this level of drama for nothing is ridiculous. If it wasnt a sequel I wouldn't even bother to compare, but the drama in OFDO is SO SO lame, even Boston is bored with this bunch. Come on! In the previous one, we got a boyfriend actually cheating and with a close friend, psychological manipulation, drug depiction, deep thoughts on alcoholism, sex tapes, confused and confusing youngsters everywhere in a thai SKINS/SKAM style. It's not bad, but it should have been named just 'Dream on'.

You may blame alchohol but never blame my career!

I hope it gets better towards the end.
