In this, if there are no exaggerated reactions, then it's not Ossan's Love. The HK version had the same exaggerated…
That's the point, it's not. Ossan's love has the same acting register most, if not all, japanese comedies. It's not owned by OsL but japanese media culture. Thai production should translate the same story withing their culture therefore acting register. I honestly believe it's a mistake and it really feels artificial... I'd love to see them otherwise, it's a pitty.
I'm scared of Thai acting as Japanese. I mean, I'm used to japanese humour of exaggerated reactions, in their context it works. Thai should retell the story with their own style and sources.
Hmmm... Parece más ser un hombre y Urai, la última víctima, reconoce al 'doctor' solo por el físico. No creo que le haya visto la cara. A no ser que sí le haya visto la cara y es oooootro médico, tal vez todavía no está el asesino entre los personajes presentados.
I just finished the first episode. Pros and cons that I think will be reflected in the remaining episodes:Pros:First…
I agree with the music. I think this director is trying to replicate other successful productions by repeating some resources but not really bending them. Nice places but characters not really using the places, beautiful clothes but too new, characters talking standing up with no body language, colourful lighting but no emotive impact, I mean a red or blue room isn't enough. Where are those real houses we saw in Not me or Only friends? And way too simple cinematography, it's like a normal college bl. Come on, go crazy, cut those bodies in different forms, show those details, give us depth, it's not a theater! I'm sorry, I needed to talk about it and no other comment in this section actually talked about it. ^^;
Not the best first episode. Too plastic. It's like an old simple drama with modern scenery, nothing new. After so many artistic series, I thought this one was gonna be a good one, but I guess the director and production are trying too much without success. Grey characters, aesthetic art and colorful lights don't guarantee a good film.
How much I envy you right now. What I'd give to watch this beautiful story for the first time. Sometimes I imagine myself twenty years older than what I am now, and that maybe I'll have forgotten about it and come cross to it again. However, that's clearly impossible, since five years have passed from the first time and there hasn't been a moment I've stopped coming here to check the director's and actors updated work, expecting to find them replicating their mastering in another story, which, sadly, haven't happened, at least not yet.
But they just literally grew up together, nothing else.Their parents didn't even know each other and they had…
Difficult to argue with a person who disregards the actual meaning of a word. It is not incest, they are not blood related, they are not legally brothers or father/son. They could even legally marry if they wished. They were kids when decided to live together and help each other in life, and they learned to love each other as adults. Nothing wrong here.

They are not brothers. The older one gave him shelter and emotional protection when he was in danger, they grew up and accompanied each other but they are not brothers.

Let me know if you finds out, though.

They are 30 years old!? Whaaaaaaaat? What the hell do they eat!? Share their skin care routine!
Beautiful drama by the way.
