Thanks for your understanding. I am not a hater of this drama, I don't think it's against to share which drama of this genre is best for me . Everyone is free to express their opinion including you and me .


But I think you can simply leave the same comment without replying me which looks like a debate. And human nature is the worst sometimes. It might cause heavy misconceptions and we may end up hating each other rather or behave rudely than showing respects over opinions . Which I don't want.

That's totally your opinion. And I know ,a genre can never be famous just for a particular drama .
People simply pick a good drama over their preferable genre . Even if My love from the star or My girlfriend is an alien never existed, still people would watched these types of drama just because they are into interspecies romances.

It's totally your opinion. For me , my love from the star was not that top notch. Till now, "My girlfriend is an alien" is the best in this genre. And it's my opinion . But the fact you have mentioned"My girlfriend is an alien" is inspired by "My love from the star". I disagree.There is nothing similar

Well, people choice are different. But which Chinese drama are you mentioning? I mean you are saying low budget adaption inspired from this . I have seen "My girlfriend is an alien" almost 50 times . There are nothing similar to look like inspired from this . Nothing. Plots, characters everything are different except the genre .
But if you are talking about the Chinese remake of " My love from your star" name "Long for you" or " My amazing boyfriend" then you might be correct.

But" my girlfriend is an
alien" is nowhere similar or it doesn't look like inspired.

Watched first episode. Ok the ML is a new actor. I think his acting skill is pretty good . Impressive. As for the FL, I think her personality is a little bit different than the Korean version.

Btw if you are thinking ,I have given low rate just because they didn't use those songs as background musics. Well, let me clear one thing, my opinion about those songs just played a very small part for the rating. The drama becomes boring and I didn't enjoy it that much . So if I enjoyed it I would give it 8+ for sure.

I am not against the musical genres, but I prefer to listen music which are played in backgrouns rather than seeing actors moving their lips. I never said that's an exclusive south Asian thing. But I don't think it's that much common in East contents that much. As a South Asian,I am growing older to see actors moving lips on musics. But from my younger age ,I have never liked those parts . So mainly I don't like watching characters singing by themselves unless one of those characters are shown as singers. I just prefer to listen those songs as background musics . So I said it would be better for me if they play those music in background for different emotional moments.

Since I have watched this drama I know he didn't see her face for 17 years . So I am fully aware about the fact you have mentioned here . So after knowing that woman is a droppelganger of her sister, pretending to be her fiance or love interest is another weird thing to me . So basically your comments won't change my thoughts nor my comments won't change your thoughts .So , I think it's better to avoid these types of debates over those unchangeable things for both of us .

People choice, thoughts are different. It doesn't feel weird to you but it looks weird to me. That's it.

Only 6 episodes still it becomes boring and draggy. After 2 episodes I started to skip . And it would be better if they use those songs as background music. Although it gave some good messages about life.

Lee Dong Wook and 8.7 rate,maybe I had higher expectations. Pretty slow,I didn't get that much horror vibes . It gets better from episode 7

Meanwhile me thinking she is one of those FLs who fall for the ML head over heels

Few episodes at first was pretty confusing,I was hesitating to continue . Glad it is getting better from ep 4 . Despite of too many negative comments about the FL, I still didn't find her annoying. The ost "Secret Paradise" caught my attention. So far the drama is quite good . I hope I will be able to finish this. Started for Lee Joon GI only. Meanwhile started to fall for the villain. LoL . He is too hot.

Whoever will sub this , I will be really greatful towards him or her. Original version is my favorite mini drama ever . I am excited for this💙🎂

When they stated to be a real couple, it was also feel rush but still enjoyable . After watching episode 13, I feel like wtf . There are some Japanese dramas those portray these types of realtionship. I am surprised,when did China start to produce them ?
