She never went back in time. She was just in a coma for 26 months and dreamed everything. Turns out ZXW was in love with her since they were little kids but she didn't know (she knew subconsciously, therefore was able to dream that he likes her) and he took care of her while she was in a coma. In the dream world, she gets to live happily with HRZ for a while. She made up HRZ in her dream as someone who loves her unconditionally because she felt like no one ever really loved her. She wakes up and it is implied that she and ZXW end up together.
