I personally like that Thai BLs tend to dive a lot deeper into the depth and motivations of the characters but yeah nowadays looking for a good or enjoyable thai BL feels like you're searching for a hidden gem. Ig that's why I tend to like gmmtv show because they have a baseline of (more or less) consistent quality and if you don't like something you can usually tell within the first couple of episodes.
A lot of them feel like formulaic cash-grabs, because they are formulaic cash-grabs! Lmfao. They be buying and investing into the trend and hope of easy money bc some BL fans will just eat anything up😬🙄.

I honestly don't understand why this is getting so much hate or negative comments. I am not usually too fond of Mame's other work for obvious reasons but up until the end of ep3, I was so shook and in disbelief that this was produced by Mame. And even the thing that I could've easily done without, it was extremely extremely mild for her *specialties* and is used (more than I personally like) in other BL productions be it Korean, thai, etc...
As of right now I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I'm enjoying it. I might be getting obsessed as I literally cannot wait for it each week! Hopefully this is all we'll be getting of Mame's special *flair* because if it is, then I'd be so incredibly happy😊

It's really weird that the English subtitles were so much better in YouTube's supposedly cut version than IQIYI's uncut version. I had watched the YT version first so I already knew what would happen and I was *still* really confused with the IQIYI's subs😂
