In the very first scene, Ryan reveals that he's 21 and for Jane as or right now we just have to guess. But as the other comment here said, I'd say he's late-ish 20s or early 30s

With the way it's paced, this would've been such a great show to binge watch- but oh well, I'm already two eps in and probably won't be able to wait long enough to watch multiple eps at a time.

So for anyone wondering if they should start this now or later, I'd recommend later.
