Qs are a form of measurement in the filming industry to organize and keep track of the production's progress. Most thai BL productions have anywhere from 21-26 Qs but since We Are will have 16eps and 4 main couples instead of the usual BL's 12eps for one or two couples, this series will have a total of 40Qs.
Qs can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks or even months. Usually it's about one filming location needed for the project. So We Are should be more than half done filming at this point!

To add onto what @zii said, gmmtv usually releases the official trailers about two weeks before the series premiere date. So if you want to do the math with the potential slots 23.5 might take over, then there you go lol

Most productions don't disclose how many Qs their projects have, we normally findout when they wrap. That is, unless any of the cast or crew decides to share or leak the info.
