We currently don't know which production company actually has the rights for that adaptation so who knows?

Enemies With Benefits was the novel adaptation that was rumored for MilkLove but if gmmtv doesn't have the rights then MilkLove couldn't have chosen that project even if they wanted to

MDL uses the network TV rating which is for the cut version and is rated 13+. While obviously the uncut version, which the vast majority of people are watching, is uncut and 18+ lol.
If it's based on the names on the poster, then it seems like it'll be Drake. But if it's a guest role/cameo then it could very much be Joong lol
Edit: I now see that Drake's character is named Te so it's probably not him... If we're going off the confirmed cast list then either Joong or Ashi. Yet it could easily be a surprise guest
