It depends upon the broadcaster/platform. If we look at Yang Zi dramas itself, immortal samsara 1&2 were aired back to back, however, lost you forever season 1&2 had an year gap. Since it’s already confirmed that perfect match will be airing soon after it finishes, then I think the probability of back-to-back is quite less. But let’s hope their year part two soon.

i don't think they will air it back to back. i'm not sure but if they have already filmed it then maybe in 4-6 months or so, or maybe we have to wait much longer.
it's just my speculation. for example, sweet home s2 n 3 were filmed together and they aired the s2 in dec and last season after 6-7 months.
