For some reason, I actually suspect Kim Jo Dan, Kim Mu Chan and Kim Ji Hoon as Gaetal's masterminds. Kim Mu Chan could be very connected to the Kwon and Min Ji Young case, and he used it to get Lee Min Soo out of his cage (Kim Mu Chan's trap), KMC couldn't code programming, possibly who helping him are Kim Jo Dan and Kim Ji Hoon. It's like the Korean drama BLIND perhaps.
But I was more focused on Kim Jo Dan as the mastermind of REAL Gaetal not copycat, because he had the easiest access to information, and he was a fan of Kwon too, when Kwon gave a course on legal ethics.
