I think this really depends on physique and needed amount of muscle. I remember him during drama please don’t date him had 4.5% fat percentage and he looks hella ripped but too slender (he is firefighter there). I think it would be too hard to have enough muscle for bodybuilder champion without putting on enough weight
Main Character Synopsis: Lee Jun Young takes on the role of Do Hyeon Jung, a fitness fanatic who finds himself in charge of an old gym after rising to bodybuilding fame. Born with a frame smaller than a 1.5kg dumbbell, Hyeon Jung defied the odds and turned his life around through sheer dedication to fitness. After winning first place at the Mr. David competition — a dream for bodybuilders — he just disappears, only to reemerge as the owner of a neighborhood gym.
Jung Eun Ji returns as Lee Mi Ran, a "muscle-less" novice gym member. After a breakup, she unexpectedly enters a gym and decides to put her trust in Hyeon Jung, who promises to transform both her health and her life.
Speaking of thriller, I hope he does psychological role, something like multiple personality disorder, I think…
Yep I really love how expressive he is. He really knows how to use the muscle on his face.
Btw speaking of freaking fairytale, despite most people criticism the humor is really my cup of tea. And probably cause it’s more of parody, he is so comically expressive there. I like how all his expressions looks like manga character
