Actually to give you some context most of these scenes have had a kiss , but they were cut down later while going through censorship. I read somewhere the drama originally was done for 34-36 episodes but after going through ch censorship it ended with 30. That means a looooot of intimate scenes have bee cut off. So even if she gave in to the kiss we won't get to know. there are some bts of kiss scenes we didn't get if you do some research.
