I think the official count made Luo Yunxi the winner in TTEOTM vs Cheng Yi in Love and Redemption. TTEOTM had less episodes and Luo Yunxi squeaked by with a few more blood spits than in Love and Redemption that had more episodes. If TTEOTM had 20 more episodes, Luo Yunxi would have blown the record out the window. The official count between the two dramas is in the
