There are a ton of differences here. 1. The Lost You Forever novel is complete unlile Game of Thrones. The writers don't need to make up anything.
2. China isn't going to take 10 years to air the series.
3. The author of the novel is heavily involved in the drama and so far it's been pretty faithful to the novel.
4. With the novel being done, we already know how it will end. Also, with China's broadcasting guidelines, we can assume safely who she will end up with and it matches the novel. You notice how she has not been intimate with any other male lead except for TSJ? I don't know if the rule is true since international viewers just take things and run with it, but if female leads can't kiss more than one ML, then it's safe to assume we know who is end game.
Guys... I keep rewatching the part when Ye Shi Qi removes his bandages and comes out of the clinic. Just the music, lightning, all of their faces just bring me so much joy! 😍😍😍 It was such a simpler time in the early episodes!
Reading the novel and so far it's almost like a page by page adaptation and even down to spoken lines little has changed. I do see some line changes to make it flow better when speaking, but other than that I haven't come across anything that's making novel readers complain so much. Am I just too early in the chapters? I'm up to Chapter 7 by the way
