anyone else uncomfortable when they do cheek kisses and don't actually open up their lips to do it ? the sound…
it's definitely a cultural thing, it's just another sign of affection... it's a sniff kiss. i was confused, too, when i first started watching thai series but a quick google search cleared that up for me lol
this had so much potential! i really liked the plot, even if it is a little bit misleading. it was just so incredibly slow and normally i like slow burn romances but maybe if the main characters actually had some sort of chemistry. don't get me wrong, the acting was mostly good but it was just hard to make myself finish.
if you can put up with a super slow burn where you can't really even tell they have a thing for each other, then give this a shot. otherwise, i'd suggest only watching it if there's nothing else to watch.
rewatching this, i forgot that santa speaks in english in one of the episodes and it COMPLETELY threw me off guard. i love when they throw in english here and there, it's a refreshing note to hear how they sound speaking a language i'm fluent in.
ai long nhai and tonhon chonlatee shouldn't be taken seriously as connected series because how the two couples meet and the time frames when they get together don't make any sense. the only similarities is the character names, that's it. their relationships, how they got together, and their histories together are so different.
i'm sorry but they just didn't have any chemistry at all. i get that they're all new actors so there's no experience but is it really that hard to fake chemistry??? i'd only suggest watching this if you have absolutely nothing else to watch.
i have a feeling it might be ken??? like the whip was at the scene of the crime and that's matteo's, maybe he…
I don't think it is because he was interviewed and asked about the whip too, so he couldn't have died. And especially after this new episode, how those texts were leaked, I kinda feel like it was somehow Ken who did it out of jealousy... wanting to out his ex's new relationship, thinking Matteo would be ashamed being in a gay relationship as well. Like, his backstabbing will be like a driving point for Ken's death if Matteo and/or Shokun find out it was him (if it was him).
Who was the one who died? The one they showed in the beginning of the show?
i have a feeling it might be ken??? like the whip was at the scene of the crime and that's matteo's, maybe he started up a fight with him because of shokun and things got out of hand??? but i could totally be wrong.
i genuinely really enjoyed this series which honestly says a lot because i find a lot of series prior to 2020 to be beyond cringe. but this was worth the watch, imo. i watched this first before bad romance (still gotta watch it) since it's the prequel, i hope bad romance and twm: the next chapter are just as good.
i needed more than just one episode of sun ( santa ) and ozone ( earth ), the disappointment i felt at the end makes me not want to even try to watch the rest of the series... at least for right now. i'll probably pick it back up later on but only because i really like prem, boun, yacht, sammy, plan, & perth.
i genuinely did enjoy this series, though the whole time i was screaming "he's a child" any time anything remotely romantic happened between noey and thi. i think the only thing i'm disappointed with was the fact that they could have made noey's college years into a whole second season (which i guess they still could and have it still end up the same) but they decided just to skip over all of that and go straight to his graduating. it was cute, though, and i'll probably end up watching this again.
it was a little difficult for me to get into with the first episode but i pushed through it and i'm grateful that i did. it truly did not disappoint me, such a cute series.

i tried but i can't even get through the first episode, that little pause is driving me crazy.
