i haven't seen the series so i really have no idea how it ends but i saw a video about it on tiktok and i felt compelled to come here and say the way some of her coworkers treat lee seul bi is EXACTLY why i'm terrified of going to south korea, why i plan on losing a significant amount of weight before i travel there, why i'm waiting 2 1/2 years to go because i don't want to encounter anybody or have any sort of interaction simply because of my weight or size.

that's right! so jam could have totally thought jim was better off financially and could give li ming a better life more than she could. i just wanna know if it'll be confirmed. maybe the next episode, li ming and jam will have that discussion so it gets cleared up why exactly she left her son to her brother to raise.

same because it sounds they were both in the same boat financially so it wasn't like jim could afford to take care of li ming better... but also, there could have been a chance that beam was still alive when li ming came to live with jim so jim could have been better off financially than jam was at the time. on the other hand, if beam had recently passed, jam could have sent her son to live with jim as a way to help jim cope with the loss. you know, to keep his mind off of beam's death, to focus on a new human being in his life.

there's just too many loose ends/plot holes that should be explained.

when you end up liking the side couples more than the main couple

no hate to ryan peng but they should have chosen an actor who actually spoke thai instead of dubbing his voice, i'm just so thrown off every time he has a line because you can tell that it's not his voice and the words don't particularly line up with his lips when he speaks. am i being too nitpicky??? whatever, i don't care. he's cute but they could have found someone better fitting.

great series, it lost me a lil bit along the way but i stayed regardless and don't regret watching it.

i gave this a shot because krist and toptap are in it. i have to admit, if they weren't in it, i wouldn't have watched the show after the first episode. it was a lil slow for my taste but it was overall a cute series.
