1. there pretty much together from the beginning. things get real after the contract ends and they go get marriage certificates.

3. yes triangle but 2ML doesnt get any where and is just a pesky villian.

5. Havent seen last 2 episodes yet but im sure it will be a happy end.

I think part of accepting their behavior was because hes under contract and not trying to offend anyone too much

Not saying he was a saint but i just dont see him as arrogant. he was very confident in his ability, he was mostly alone because of his family situation and thinking he had to bare everything alone so he tends to push others away. he was straightforward and told the truth when it came to work. Gao was too emotional about things and just couldnt accept someone was better than him at something.

if the Mother in law was somewhat open minded to atleast hear out his side story maybe bowing would work. but that woman clearly did not and would not try to understand what ML went through. To call herself an educator she should be more engaged in wanting to understand and see things from your students perspective. She clearly knew what genius he was thats something most teachers fight to cultivate and keep on the right path. Her cold response to him doesnt make her seem like a teacher at all.

the actress was 24 when this was filmed dont know what her character age is though.

i dont get how people see it as arrogance. Hes confidence blunt and straightforward, he never really trash talked Gao or anyone. He gave his honest opinion of gaos work. Gao didnt truly love programming otherwise hed be a student and want to always learn from someone good. Its always made clear the gap and their abilities. you cant be jealous of someone that far surpasses your level.

the ending was weak sauce

they act as if FL was an experienced career woman to be unwilling to give up her job. she got pregnant early and she wasnt at the company long 🙄 duh it should be her that takes the break. i mean ML never said she couldn't work it just makes the most logical sense for her to take a break have the baby then return to work

Having it all is not what they did here though. FL basically makes both her and ML go through hardship when it wasnt needed. He had the higher position and pay in the company not to mention the penalty contract for leaving to soon. why would ML be the one to quit?? i understand women not wanting to be totally dependent on the mans salary but the timing in which they got together was obvious shes the one that should have left the company she was only slightly above an intern. If this written with them having an equal position or her having a higher position in the company her decision would have worked out better. otherwise her Mother is a lunatic for telling them to sacrafice the higher salary for her daughter to maintain a false sense of independence. you made her and her husband struggle for no reason.

yeah its tagged as coach-coachee but he doesnt really teach her other than showing her how he plays a speed game and the jump shot he does only a few times. Also she doesnt really learn snooker she plays 9 ball most of the drama.

I think its mainly because she usually straight forward but she becomes spineless when she hides her opening a restaurant from him. knowing he trusted her alot that was too shady.

she doesnt know about the cheating yet. he friend does but hes keeping his mouth shut about it and avoiding her.

theres romance but FL is more focused on getting her masters knife back than her feelings. currently after the competition she finds out ML true goal so she doesnt feel too good after winning but he disappeares for 2months.
