for some reason in alot of dramas the ML has to deal with a love rival that doesnt exist in the novel because the director or screen writers thinks adding love triangles all the time spices things up. This show in particular if shes attempting to go out with another man in a private non work related setting its terribly upsetting to see that she has no respect for ML by doing this. In most dramas ML is constantly turning down dates or avoiding interacting with another woman that is seemingly interested in him. but alot of times FLs allow 2MLs to keep buzzing around them pretending not to see clear signs that the guy is crossing the line.

she keeps blocking mari from finding the truth by reiterating that Uri cant be her son because she thinks she knows for sure his biological mother passed away already. she never saw the woman give birth or knew her before she was in the hospital idk why shes convinced he cant be. Shes stupid herself in recognizing things. she had so many clues pointing to suji beeing her daughter and didnt catch on until litteraly her dad showed up that made her finally realize it.

2ML is just way too weird. his character doesnt follow normal male logic at all. He had no relation to her prior to temporarily working as a security guard in the same building. His interest in her makes no sense at all. it had been better if he was written as a regular coworker, neighbor, friend or old classmate. then his interests in her would make some sense. but as a complete stranger its too forced. especially sleeping outside her house to see her come out the next morning.

her friend knows her secret already 2ML kowon has no reason or purpose to know her secret it doesnt do anything for drama because his character feels out of place.

Ko won is a creepy stalker. FL should keep a clear distance from him. Him being handsome doesnt not make it ok to do what he did.

thats my biggest complaint with this show. its too forced to include him in a triangle the way his character is written. what normal 20-30 yr old man is so interested in a woman that appears to be late 50s. his motive to have so much interest in FL makes 0 sense. The inconsistency of his celebrity status is also poorly written. theres no way a big mega star can sleep in a car in front of someones house for more than 10 hours and no one discovers him stalking FL.
