How sad and embarrassing for you to have to resort to personal attacks over a fictional show and fictional characters. Pathetic behaviour, but it seems par for the course of your comments just because some have differing opinions than you and you can't seemingly come up with an intelligent reply. 

I don't have to keep quiet about a fictional business world where HT has been told multiple times by others that he needs to tell JX. 

HT didn't feel comfortable telling JX because he knew he had waited too long and it was going to blow up in his face. You can say he didn't need to tell her all you want, but the show says otherwise. Sorry, that bothers you.

Did HT feel insecure and unfulfilled by JXs love? There's nothing to suggest that.

How could there be trust when he was hiding something so important from her therefore allowing her the chance to find out from someone else? How must that have felt to have someone know things about your boyfriend you don't?

He's a grown man. He chose to drink alcohol. He chose to hide something that everyone around him knew would blow up in his face. 

His doing things for her, including things she didn't ask for or know about, doesn't mean he is entitled to or owed anything. 

What happened to business is business?

And they are honestly not even very suitable based on background, status, wealth, personality/temperaments, views on life and love.

Not to mention the imbalance in power in their business life which bled into their personal life.

The company will be fine with or without her at this point. She did her job, guaranteed her employees positions safety, and wrapped up her responsibilities. 

It's not selfish to choose your mental health and well-being. Nothing good would come from her staying if her heart and mind were no longer in it. That would be even more of a disappointment to her and those around her.

I mean, it's easy to say he's just being logical when he's the one with all the power, the one making all the decisions, and he moves behind her back. Their relationship was built to fall apart based on those power dynamics alone. There's no respect, and she looks like she's nothing more than a chess piece he has fun with. 

Their business and personal lives are far too entwined for him to be dumb enough to think she didn't need to know if it would affect their relationship.

I agree she should have confronted him, but ZD didn't really lie. In fact, she gave JX something HT was unwilling to do. The truth. Albeit a twisted jealous version, a truth her boyfriend couldn't seem to muster up the courage to do. 

With or without confronting him, she had reason to distrust him. What would change if she confronted him? He would only be being honest after he got caught. His actions would still be the same, and so would how JX feels about it. Nothing would change; the damage was done.

You literally asked how does their relationship give her a right to know. That is what I responded to.

Point me where I said JX is blameless? All I said was this started with HT hiding things and had he told her himself he could have prevented much of the fall out.

Instead he played himself, made his gf feel like a puppet and then lost her for it. Oh well.

Obviously. I never said she should have broken into his safe. But I guess they didn't want her to go the route of the book, which isn't any better. 

I was merely pointing out that she saw their relationship as over when she chose not to talk to him and instead went looking for answers herself. Add in her previously saying she wouldn't go to CH because that would be a betrayal. And what does she do?
