You may see nothing wrong with it but the show obviously set it up as something wrong. If he did nothing wrong multiple people on screen wouldn't be concerned, XYX wouldnt have kept pushing him to tell, ZD wouldnt have had any ammunition, and his cousin wouldn't be able to throw it in his face later. Most importantly HT also wouldn't have hesitated if he thought he was in the right and hadn't been doing anything wrong.

Then he should not have gotten involved romantically with JX. Simple as that. How embarassing that even strangers and people who barely knew JX knew and cared more about how she'd react better than him.

Everyone around him knew how this would blow up in his face. But it also says a lot, does it not? He either could not trust JX enough to tell her or thought she wasn't worth being told. Every time she confided in him about Han Hai and he didn't tell her, it's like a slap in the face now.

I thought it was obvious that JX saw their relationship as done, which is why she did it. She didn't talk to him because she didn't believe in or trust him. In the book, JX even says that his arguments are always convincing. 

Both have faults, but it still comes down to HT decieving her. It was the straw that broke the camels back. He had ample time and multiple people telling him to be honest, and yet he allowed her to find out from the worst possible person.

She literally did not know his intentions. He hid them from her. 

It was not just one wrong thing. He hid an important piece of information from her for absolutely no justified reason. As I said, no one gets to claim it is just business after bringing their personal relationship into it. It's the reason the saying 'do not mix business with pleasure' exists. 

She obviously feels like she was foolish, and he was moving her like a chess piece on his board. They aren't in a balanced relationship, and that's why it's so easily fallen apart.

How many different people told HT that he needed to tell JX about Hanhai? Everyone knew how this would wind up, and don't tell me that he tried. Did he suddenly become weak and incapable of using his voice? 

The moment he chose to mix business and pleasure, he owed it to JX to tell her. Yet he did not. How must it have felt to hear it from ZD of all people? Of course, she's looking at their relationship and everything he did in both business and personal matters differently now. Every time she confided in him about how she felt about Han Hai, he said nothing was a strike against him or her trust in him. 

I don't like ZD, but she merely told the truth, and everything she said was something JX was already starting to think about.

The ex needs to be humbled. Like you were childhood friends but you were using her for your families benefit and to be close to the woman you were in love with, her sister. Gtfo if here dude.

Honestly he's one of my more dislliked characters because he's not supposed to be bad the way YooRa and her mom are. But to me he is just as trashy.

I know Yi Joo isn't being blamed for leaving the contract in the privacy of her own home, in her own bedroom, in her own drawer. 🙄

Cause it's her fault her ex broke in and invaded her privacy? She shouldn't have to feel like she has to hide things in her own home

If we are talking about dumb things .. some comments ..

I mean they shouldn't have to burn their own documents. That loser basically breaking in to their house for YooRa. It's whatever. I'm sure they'll come up with a good explanation and mom, daughter and ex will look dumb. Can't wait for him to realize he's being used and to get discarded like he did to YiJoo.

Part 2 I don't know her.

Well, I'll always have part 1.

Not to mention she barely knows this man. They're moving at warped speed but he agreed to a fake contract marriage. Her setting boundaries is her right. She didn't ask for any of the things he's been doing. issues won't go away over night considering the prople she trusted previously ... 🥴

I know obviously this show is fiction but there is just no way nothing happened to her while there. But GC said it best, its not her fault.

I don't care about the ending currently. I care about the journey. And the journey in part 2 is just not working for me. 3 episodes left and they haven't even become a real couple nor have they truly talked everything out. Not to mention how sidelined the crown prince haas been aswell as Eun Ae. Knowing whay history has in store ... I don't understand the focus on characters who add nothing. Just how rushed it will be to get to where it began.

It's hard to believe that the same writer wrote part 1 and now part 2. All that anticipation for this? Next weeks episodes doesn't look any better and considering we are running out of time? A waste.

The webtoon is not complete. But the couple is solid and in love in it. The only thing that could make it an unhappy ending is whatever the writer chooses to do with time travel and the date on their wrists. But they haven't got there yet so who knows.

I wasn't even truly disappointed it was postponed. I am looking forward to this episode at least based on the pre release. Hopefully GC amd JH can actually move forward. I enjoy angst but at this point it's just dragging.

I'm not sure how I feel about an extension other than it confirming to me that the useless princess storyline was pure fan service and took up valuable time needed elsewhere. At the very least the princess storyline has waned my obsession with this show and I've been able to start watching other kdramas again.

An extension focusing on Gil Chae and Jang Hyun being in actual relationship? Or a more in depths look to the political warfare that is coming for the crown prince and everyone around him with his return? Sign me up

I'll have to rewatch to see if i can match up the farmers to the people on the beach but I thought they were younger than those we saw captive.

Tbh i never thought how he looked at them was because of who they were. Unless I'm remembering wrong?
But wasn't he tired, potentially injured and he and his sword full of blood?

We see that with other characters including her father. But to me she is the only one out of place. She comes off too much as caricature and it takes me out of the show and its flow everytime she appears.
