Let me answer your question as a native Thai speaker with a background in linguistics. Peace's Thai is understandable, but I wouldn't say that I could understand him well. Sometimes, I need to turn on subtitles when he speaks Thai because I couldn't understand what he was saying. For instance, in EP11, when he mentioned he'd talk with the lobbyist to withdraw all the businesses and take his father back to Korea, I replayed it three times but only understood about 20%. His Thai doesn't sound like a learner speaking from genuine understanding, but rather as if he has simply memorized dialogue. And I totally agree with you that they didn't put enough effort into helping him with pronunciation.
Thai and Korean have rich phonetic systems, and they both share CVC syllables, which would make phonetic transcription much easier if the production cared about the quality of the line delivery. This could be due to limited resources, the fact that the main production is Thai, or simply time constraints. This is genuinely a missed opportunity to enhance the quality of the performance.

Fully agree with you hun😉 Just saying this episode is made differently, bc usually they'll just use the same theme and filter for the whole production (like for harmony they don't change things halfway). My eyes weren't used to it at first bc I didnt experienced the settings from previous episodes which already set a certain lights on me after 5 episodes.
