I can’t remember it well but I think in EP2 HW didn’t know how Jin Young Chon die in that incident but remember that it has a plain incident. So basically, JYC never dies in this incident— as stated in his book about how he was obsessed with the car industry, and always came to his garage for thinking. I think this must happen many years later.

What I meant is the storyline is still the same, the thing might similar. All characters die in the same TL no matter what but the reason might change (Like HW’s mom's case).

I agreed with you about with or without HW in JDJ body the stroyline might not different but the detail is differ from HW future data.

HW can’t change anything (Ah sound sad). But at least I think some detail changed/effect because of HW in JDJ body.
But I don’t know that the detail in EP 16 is still be the same as EP 1 . I mean the the reason of each action . I don’t know the Oh Sehyun vision is because the original JDJ or HW in JDJ body. The love line between FML ML is exactly the same(?) cause it said in EP 16.

The thing that I pretty sure that’s not just a dream because HW can change the detail such as his mom’s case. If it just a dream that he observe it . No such thing should change.

I don’t know the end of webtoon (actually what I see the episode is not much and the story is not that far I don’t know it will shown more If I use korean account? But some in this comment section said in novel it happy ending as HW in JDJ body. (i have no idea about the novel) For the Webtoon there’re no HW in the same timeline. HW family has daughther instead of HW. JDJ in webtoon didn’t care much about his old family. And he think his new family really love him so he care about them. JDJ really admire his grandpa.)

For me, I don’t think it’s a coma dream but both are HW who live second and the timeline changed.


The first timeline before HW becomes JDJ
- JDJ die in some accident (We don’t know how big he is, but his uncle killed him for a sake of his plan) that was the plot in the first episode. Maybe JDJ in the first loop is also super good in everything as HW.

Second loop
- HW in JDJ body, acquire Oh president to come to Korea and establish Miracle investment. Everything goes and he planned but he cannot change the thing that must happen.

For example, he knows his mom will die he changes the incident, but at last, his mom dies because for another reason. So the detail was changed but the result never has nothing changed in the second loop.

I think it might some detail was changed but the storyline is super rushed so we don’t know about it much. I think Oh depyonim is the new character in the second loop because JDJ(HW) acquire him. The story didn’t show that HW knows nothing about miracles before he established this. We don’t know the relationship between JDJ and FML in the first loop but we know she wore black. But in the second loop we knows that she do because JDJ.

So I think he lived as JDJ for 17 years, do many thing but nothing has changed at the end . He still die. But in second loop we know he died before he become president. I think the story line in EP 2-15 effect some reason or detail in ep 16. The reason he die, the existence of Miracle investment (It sound like HW think if the time goes he must know where yo find mister Oh that’s why he look for the magazine.

Everything happen again in different reason.

For the plot wise, I think it’s bit of feeling empty since 17 years of JDJ live didn’t change nothing. HW look like him in first EP. which is weird. He is JDJ for 17 years, he should look chill, super smart and have plan in his head after play a mind game with that family for his entire life as a JDJ the youngest grandson. And it feel a little bit rush when Soonyang family collapse because just 1 sound recording after 17 years of JDJ’s investment to buy Soonyoung.

The another plot hole is why HW did not know about JDJ die because of him but he already remember that JDJ die in his first timeline. But I think this detail didn’t change since HW knows where he hide the sound record.

It’s okay to end the story with HW story which is different from webtoon since beginning (There’re no HW in JDJ timeline). I think it can answer the question about what happen to JDJ and HW never change anything (I mean the death part) but he can change the reason.

But it still lack of detail, super rush that’s why we have so much theory here.

And the saddest part is JDJ life. He died (It might be twice). Everything he done for nothing. Grandpa super loves him but no one know. He lose his life and his gf,the money from 17 yr of investment. He lose everything but get only one justice.

It feel so empty as a JDJ big fan. Even we know HW and JDJ is the same people. But it still sad.
