I had a look at everyone playing a guest part and i hardly see anyone who is 'famous' or as famous as Kim young kwang. At the end of the episode on Viki(not sure where you watch it) there is also a message saying ' We thank Kim Young Kwang' for his role/appearance. They do not have the message for other 'guest'. They normally do this for Cameos.
