watching this now and the age from their past doesn’t add up. the FL in the current timeline looks around 5 years old than the ML but in the past she’s a middle schooler and he’s supposedly a young adult??

he is the parent so he’s responsible for making sure he’s in his children’s life. you can divorce from your partner but you don’t divorce your kids. even if the mum says he doesn’t want you in the kids life you have to still try and fight for it. I’m sorry I can’t imagine not knowing where my kids or how they are doing for 10 whole years because of a divorce but then again maybe I’m different.
the fl lead (the daughter) is quite annoying. the dad also are we suppose to like his character later? who leaves their children for 10 years without contacting them. deadbeat.
