I'm on EP 6 and loving this drama so far. What gets me is the actors that are supposed to represent American roles…
Honestly, that was better than the French, which as a francophone was quite frankly unintelligible lol. They would've been better off going with voiceovers.
Because majority of mdl users are female audience that always simps for male characters no matter their flaws.…
This. The rampant misogyny I see from presumably female fans is deeply disturbing. You can simp for hot men without bashing women, fictional or otherwise.
15 minutes in and I dropped it cause the female lead is completely unlikable.. She’s slept with over like 30…
The sl*t-shaming for this show is weird and misses the entire point. If your own idea of sexual morals are so shaky that what one fictional character does offends them, that's worth some serious self-reflection. Grow up. What consenting adults do together shouldn't bother you so much.
I didn't watch this, but I saw so many edits on tiktok of the priest taking his shirt off or with a girl (don't…
I actually think they're portraying him in a pretty respectful light, as far as any involvement with romance or sexuality goes (i.e. there is none). He's just good looking, and there's no getting around that lol.
I'm sure this drama is good, but the first episode is just so bad with the portrayal of Africa (a continent btw…
Honestly, getting very sick of that. I almost dropped it because of that too but aside from that it's really good. They need to do better about that though, it is incredibly ignorant.
So when this drama came out, I honestly hated it. I've only ever hated 1 drama out of the 200+ dramas i've watched…
When this drama came out I tried to watch it twice and couldn't even make it through the first thirty minutes. I'm currently pushing through (on episode 9/12) and while there are aspects I really like, overall I still do genuinely feel like this drama is a LITTLE overhyped. It's worth pushing through to watch though because there are aspects that are really enjoyable.
