Yeah, there's nothing you can do now... All I know is that he could have had another ending in the happier drama, and that makes me sad.

Closed cycle should not open again

I've thought about it several times and I really think and feel the same. He truly fell in love with a whole new person who attracted him and had nothing to do with naksu's personality from the first season. I think at this point in his life he needed someone sweet like Jin Bu Yeon's personality (I know it's naksu) affection and a friend to help him get over the anguish of the past. Instead of the writers doing the script where they went to get amnesiac naksu and about souls falling in love again, they should have done a story about Jang uk's journey of getting through the bad times with someone new with the same personality I mentioned in above, I'm sure they would be very happy together, because you could see the passionate look on his face when he said he was going to ask her mother to marry his daughter. How things turned out between them, after the tragic and painful ending, I think she should have been left to rest in peace. And Jang uk was already able to move on when he went to the cliff where she fell into the lake and he closed that cycle. and go all the way back to his life stage up to episode 1/4 where he was in bad shape because of naksu. The best thing is to move on, find a new meaning to believe that he can be happy again. The past is sometimes better buried... I think that if he fell in love with a sweet girl and helped him to overcome the past, he would be much healthier and thus be very happy, because He has already gone through so many bad things in his life , is one of the people I've seen in Korean dramas that I would most like to be happy, because he deserves it and so much.

And when he said he was going to talk to her mother to ask her to marry him, the look he gave her was pure happiness and completely in love. When she (I know it was amnesic nasku) broke up with him in this episode 8 his look was completely broken and tears almost naturally fell from his eyes. He loved her deeply for that way of being. As if someone new had stolen her heart. when he found out it was naksu I didn't feel all that love anymore, especially after the wedding, when she had just died his crying wasn't the same as when the supposed jin bu yeon broke up with him, it seemed more forced. If you take a closer look at those moments, you'll understand what I mean. The sad look is not the same..

So what you mean is that they don't love each other very much but they are together why then? it would be better to just be friends, don't you think?

Despite the confusion surrounding Buyeon/Naksu's ever-changing identity and why she was changing, the love story between her and Uk was well done. The closeness that grew between them was a natural and therefore believable progression. And although Buyeon's connection to the UK and her early romance must have been due to her being Naksu's soul, I didn't feel like she was Naksu. It felt like she was a completely different person, a new person, melting Uk's heart. Their love story was sweet and their chemistry was amazing. However, I feel that the writers took the audience up the mountain but failed to reach its peak. These two had some amazing hugs and kisses. We got married, but after that there were no more latent romantic interactions. They might as well be good friends rather than star-crossed lovers who finally beat the odds to be together.

If it were a different story, between these two protagonists, episodes 9 and 10 would even burn the screen! What insane chemistry!! Oh Jesus!! 😍

Another thing that I found strange was that he thought he was in love with jin Bu Yeon until episode 9 because he never suspected that she could be naksu (there were no thoughts of jang uk, for example) only in 9 did he know. I think that was another mistake.. It felt like I was cheating on naksu with jin bu yeon, if you know what I mean.. script flaws...

What I also found strange is that until episode 8 Jang Uk thought he was in love with bu yeon and at the beginning of episode 9 he finds out that jin bu yeon is naksu after all, and he didn't seem too upset to hear that. It was scary to think that a person was dead and suddenly you know that you are alive and jang Uk's reaction was strange...

But one thing is for sure and what I feel .... Naksu liked Jang Uk more than he liked her.. Even naksu said that in episode 8 and I agree with her.

Season 2 was more like jang uk and jin bu yeon, like he fell in love with a new person (even though she was naksu) because he didn't know it was her even with heavy hints. It's like it's a new love story and he's moving on. it wasn't until episode 9 he found out and it was frightening, his reaction to naksu being alive seemed unfazed. for jang uk naksu had killed in that lake.. his reaction was really bizarre. In episode 8 jang uk said he was crazy and not even confused by his feelings for jin bu yeon. I swear that for a moment I forgot that the character throughout the story was jin bu yeon and that naksu was dead due to the plot created. it was strange to see him look like he was actually in love with someone else. :(

Now I understand why Naksu jumped into the lake, why she doesn't want to live to watch the second season 🤦
