It's hilarious that they changed the original story to appeal to a wider audience but then resort to cheap queerbaiting tactics at the end. The only thing that drew most people's attention was the obvious chemistry between the leads. Those BL fans who know better are so fickle that they see two men in a healthy relationship and continue to ship them relentlessly. What were you expecting when they censored it? Would they end up together?
