This is a tragedy. Hj was probably happy 5 years ago when Ji hoon was behaving and yoon seo was young and she believed she had a devoted husband. JH changed and started breaking her heart since and then he died tragically. She and her daughter will need therapy after this . I hope in the end , HJ and SB clear jihoon name, and all get some therapy and find some peace. Yoon seo needs to be taken out of school .

Yea I can’t recommend a show like this. It’s very frustrating to watch all these horrible secrets come out day by day . Also I’m tired of the same sexual assault incidences. I’m just tired and disappointed because the show had great promise.

Sorry for the delay. Were they ever together like that ? I never got the impression that they were even sexually involved . I feel like he was just a good friend to her and wanted to protect her .
Revenge revenge revenge is why she came there . I believed this long before episode 13 aired. The way SB spoke to NJD in episode 2 , she was disrespectful to an assemblyman and the way she kept snickering when people spoke about how righteous he was , I knew she had dirt. I but I kept trying to figure out her relation to him. I kept thinking she was some lost daughter or something.
I think she didn’t say much in that scene . I can’t wait to the hear your thoughts post ep 14.

Assemblyman Kang learned of the assault report and already assumed it was Ji hoon and planned on reporting that at 11am. NJD did it to get ahead of the reveal

Ok I rewatched the yeo Jin scenes and I believe you are right . When Hj Is yelling at YJs ex husband , he repeated the words lawyer as in that’s not what he remembers NJD as. It’s possible he found out about the affair and attempted to kill the family. The affair has to be still going on as Jihoon saw this and SB too. I think SB witnessed it as well because she knew the layout of the house. This is why SB and NJD already knew SB when she initially arrived. Your also right @sagelmoon it’s clear SB is blackmailing YJ. Now why would SB have power over YJ if YJ is harboring her miscarriage because SB has a far more powerful secret. Now that I think about it I don’t see SB growing this bio does with HJ if she had an affair with her hubby.

That mid season trailer , was that in the family home that jihoon looked surprise? If so then I do believe he saw them together because I still don’t understand how SB knew the layout of the house. Yeo Jin would know about it too as she lives in the home . She can blackmail both.
This goes back to the jihoons death and what he witnessed.

This goes way back to the righteous conversation SB kept saying to yeo Jin. SB knew all along NJD is not the good man he portrays to be and yeo Jin knows this as well. Sb wants yeo Jin to say something to HJ but she won’t.

Ep 10 ok I’m really started to believe the Soo bin / NJD affair . What do you guys thinking? The daughter is too grossed out by adultery and we’ve heard her mention it like 3 times now. Also the conversation with woo jae and NJD in the car was interesting . Woo jae knows she has more on him and yeo jin knows as well, but NJD was in straight denial .

You are absolutely right about HJ and Yoon seo hating ji hoon, even in this episode they reminded us how low she thinks of him as she was comparing his death to criminals . NJD Had to tell her he wasn’t just like SB had to tell her he wasn’t that low. All her crying had me fooled.

wait he was found with a burner phone and he was suppose to meet at a drop off point. You suspect that was planted on him and the phone was taken? But yes I agree that whole drug dealing story, it did not make sense. And SB was fiercely against it . That’s another thing with the phone being exactly where she was suppose to look before, ….very interesting. Was this him not liking the bond between Sb and HJ were forming ?

Two other scenes I found interesting
- woo jae randomly showing up at the home to drop off car stuff. That was strange . I’m suspecting he planted a camera device in the front of the house since he knows the house is being watched.
- yeo Jin \njd …the kitchen scene showed an interesting dynamic between the two, she spoke with disdain towards him and when’s he had enough he slams his shot glass and she goes inside .

I’ve had this in the back of my head for a few episodes but for the sake of Hye joo I was hoping this wasn’t true because it would kill her.
I think this latest episode with his sincerity being in question shows the depth of what face he’s willing to put to sell himself. Am I suppose to believe all those times he pulled his wife to the side to cry about the doctor was all fake ? If he had a role in his sons death are these tears now of guilt ? “I was a horrible father.” Is this the big secret SB has on him because she knows something. Or why YJ couldn’t speak up to WJ last week because she also knows something. Hye ju can only trust her daughter in the end.

But yes going back to that line “ we could put it on her” , such a strange lind WJ said so confidently to a man that just lost his son. WJ and NJD are more in sync then we were led to believe.

Looks like NJD hired a private investigator who found the phone prior to the cops. But there’s more to Ji Hoons death. His death never felt final to me, I don’t think it was suicide or an accident. It makes no sense for Jihoon to send SB a message and that message is not even sent before he offs himself. What’s the rush? Why not wait for her response to it? This is why HJs response to wanting to speak to SB makes sense because the text messages is incomplete. She wants the full story.
Why doesn’t NJD want to inquire more from SB? But yet NJD and WJ were ok putting the blame fully on her. Strange

That’s what I thought as she was so casual about the whole transaction. Jds stamp is on her , very typical of pimps. It’s why the paternity of the baby was in question. My question now is did Woo jae know ? He assumed she was a prostitute from the start

The episode title was sincerity and we learn just how insincere NJD is regarding the parents of the medical doctor. He had woo jae record the incident of the father attacking him at the hospital. They leaked the video once it was revealed the girl in the video was a sex worker.

But she is working for him. He looks like he blackmails politician . I wonder if he’s using her to get close to ji hoon. I found it interesting she never told him about the pregnancy. Makes me think she really did go to NJDs home for safety.

Lol I remember when SB had to step aside so NJD could pass the hallway. The house seems really secluded and safe but it’s way too small for a family. Did you see how small yeo Jin room was lol

It does for me as well.. I want so much for the main couple to be good in the end , but every episode tells me to run for the hills and don’t look back. Everything is so ominous ….
