You mean the architecture design on Do Hoe’s house’s wall? That building pattern? I assume that’s one of his scenario to make his fake life believable. I mean, he faked his test results in Hansol Uni in architecture department. And usually if you’re graduated from architecture dept most probably u have some design (for house, office, public places etc.). So he hang that building pattern which ofc not his actual design.

I think 'egoist' is how Kosuke think about himself. After all, Kosuke is the one who wants Ryuta to stop selling his body, which is a very easy money for Ryuta and his mom. Even though Ryuta also received money from Kosuke but it still not enough which make him have to work harder (which I believe that was the reason of Ryuta's dead, because of too much work). Since Ryuta spent his time a lot to work, no one knows that Ryuta's mom has cancer and when Kosuke found out, he feels that it's too late already (already stage 4). That's why I think Kosuke feels that what happened to Ryuta and his mom is his fault, because he's being egoist.

This all only my assumption, but I do think that Ryuta died because of too much work. His mom also said that Ryuta was weak when he was young, so maybe he have some health condition. As for his "weird" question about heaven, Ryuta told his mom that Kosuke is the one who saved him (probably he's talking about how Kosuke help him stop selling his body) thus Kosuke is the one who make Ryuta believe that world is not only hell (about he selling his body and his evil dad).

No, it's a train ticket. Giwoong take some of his savings and went to the station in the morning to buy the ticket before going to school. Also, I can read Korean. The ticket says the destination is to Yeosu, which is the southernmost station in South Korea (Yongju said that when they were together at the bar). Giwoong notice that Yongju wants to go there, that's why he bought the ticket.
