To be honest, Willy makes me think of I.N. from SKZ. And I'm not sure, but I feel like Willy can either stop time around him, or he's very fast. But Babe should apologise to Charlie for his stupid action. It's funny how Babe took so many days to find where Willy came from, and Charlie found that Willy works for Daddy Tony. Like Babe was jealous and made a scene when charlie just talked with Jeff ( in season one) and now he thinks what he did was "just an act"
