There are some hints HQ is dreaming, but now some people here said this is actually dream within dream. omg only 1 dream arc redemption i feel it is not meaningfull , then if dream within dream what is the point? Totally pointless

yes based on one person interpretation. That brain can perfectly run/imitate the perfect world based on it. All people in the dream are npc with advanced AI according that person data. You can do this in your own head while in coma, this concept is new and weird for me.
