watching the countdown on kisskh for this!

I’ve not completed the series, I was also waiting for the intl Eng subbed release it’s when I ran into ads for it that I went looking. I’ve not completed the series but I did finish the first episode on this site which has only Eng subs, the site isn’t as user friendly though.

while it started so well, this story did not live up to its promise. towards the end it was too much slice & dice - not enough character development and not enough redemption for the violence we were served. At least it was only 11 episodes.

I don’t know! the theme track comes from an album called History of Nerds and you’ll recognize other tracks besides the one I linked. the theme tracks also has a music video but it didn’t end up on the original soundtrack.

it only dropped last week. if I had opened Hulu I would have been able to watch ep 5 and realized it looked like ep 4, I just saw it a day later and ended up watching ep 7to continue the story.

it will depend when the remainder of the series drops on Hulu for now I’m too curious to let it go 🤣 I want to know what scenes Hulu did get to make ep 6 be like ep 5 of the Korean broadcast! The Hulu episodes are 54 min when the Korean broadcast is 1hr and 3 min long.

I wish I knew why but Hulu has a reformatted version, I’ve seen that done before but not with a Korean drama. Scenes are cut and maybe the order swapped! I started watching ep 1 again to discover the first meeting of cop & ML with the car incident isn’t there! On Hulu they meet for the first time when he helps out the drunken cop with the bullies. I’m just going to have to watch it all over again on Hulu to figure how they gave us 8 episodes with less content because ep 6 was the ep 5 Korean broadcast!

I saw up to 5 on Dramacool to discover it was 6 on Hulu - the episodes are so close in length there’s major reformatting going on I’m watching it all over again on Hulu for that reason. Hulu is only the official platform in the U.S. and while often international content will be on Disney+ elsewhere so far it isn’t, at least not in the UK territory, but wouldn’t the South Korean broadcast be just as official for their territory?

i started watching it again on Hulu because it’s so differently formatted. I noticed when Ep 6 on Hulu is the ep 5 Korean broadcast! I’ve only had time to watch ep 1 again on Hulu and there we don’t have the scene where the cop & ML meet with the car incident but only meet for the first time when the bullies go after the drunken cop who clearly then doesn’t need the help the ML was going to give! that’s the only difference I’ve spotted in ep 1 but I wish I knew why someone did double the work!
