I loved everything, the romance, the story, the chemistry, even between second leads and beyond, was so good. Although just a little bit of the last few episodes felt a little dragged but hasty at the same time, I really enjoyed and loved this drama. I highly recommend it! And the casting was so amazing too.

It's not a bad drama to watch, but it's not anything great either. I found some parts cringy, some overdone, added unnecessary drama, and didn't focus on stuff that could have made this drama so much better. Also, did not feel the chemistry with the leads in this one.

The emperor gave Yunxi a pass to get the antidte before killing his FIL. This case was very big and the king wanted it to be done, he couldn't care less how the last remnant of the eunuch died. So Yunxi let his wife have the revenge she wanted, and Hanyan chose the concubine so that debts could be settled. At the end they made it look like suicide due to guilt hence no one was charged.

The eternal love is really good especially the chemistry between ML and SL. others didn't really interest me. I did watch some of I cannot Hug You I think it was good enough

I had been putting it off because I try to steer away from tragic dramas but I finally watched it and I have no words to describe it. It is soooo worth it but also make sure you have plenty of tissues nearby lol.

Depends on who you like more tbh, the king or Xu Kai (Fuca Fuheng) or should we say the second lead. However, it is still a happy ending. And a very very good drama.

This is a must watch, everything about this drama is so good, I've never seen anything like this in C-Drama history it's phenomenal
