why are they called vertical dramas pls? is that those dramabox ones? I just saw an ad for it.
Yeah, they're filmed vertically and tend to be 70+ short 2-3 minutes episodes. They're kind of a like a long movie spilt into small bits. Production value and budget tends to be lower, and a lot are pretty bad script and plot wise (but a guilty pleasure). But I have seen a few that were absolutely fantastic, well-filmed, well-acted, and worth the watch....like comparing a really good indie short film to a blockbuster movie.
The synopsis said “andrologist” 😂, not even a thing; should be “urologist.”Btw, FL actress resembles…
Andrologist is a specialty and different from a urologist, though they do overlap. Urology deals with the urinary system in both men and women, but can cover some aspects of male reproduction issues as well. Andrologists focus solely on men's reproductive systems, infertility, and sexual dysfunction.
Just watched this on Dailymotion (it was entertaining and my first exposure to some version of CDrama), and heard no less than 7 songs from various KDramas, including Hotel de Luna, Healer, Goblin, Descendants of the Sun, Crash Landing, Lovely Runner, etc. It was a very weird juxtaposition hearing Chinese dialogue mixed with KDrama soundtrack songs that I knew very well.
Ooh, found it on Hulu. Disney only has the English dub, but Hulu carries both.
I looked through the settings but for this, Disney+ doesn't have it available other than dubbed ( I'm in the northeast US). It's strange because Worst of Evil is available on Disney+ in Korean with English subtitles. I found what I needed on Hulu, though.
