Definitely, that part was really funny and hilarious to me.

The drama is a comedy, and it's achieving its goal of making laugh. There are no boring moments, and with only 8 episodes so far, it's clear that it won't rush into the dramatic parts. Xu Quian has just joined the Guardians, so it's unfair to talk about disappointment when we're not even halfway through the episodes.

Episode 8, and we're already with the Guardians! The best is yet to come.... Not a single boring episode so far, everything moves quickly and gets more interesting each time....

That's exactly what was worrying me - they're criticizing it for the over-the-top comedy and acting, but that's normal in many comedy dramas. It's not the first time I've seen this in Chinese dramas or other Asian shows. Lately, I've been seeing criticisms in China, and I don't understand the negativity towards this drama and the comparisons to another drama that released its second season this year. You can tell they've put a lot of effort, attention to detail, and love into this drama - everything is very innovative, and it doesn't compare to what I've seen before.

I highly recommend the drama, the first 6 episodes are really good, and the interactions between all the characters are perfectly done. Once Xu Quian joins the Guardians, I think it'll get even more entertaining!!!!!!!!

I'm curious to know how the show is being received by critics in China, but personally, I'm having a blast watching it. Dylan's acting has taken a leap forward, and it's great to see his progress in this drama. The action scenes are what I'm most looking forward to, and I think they'll be even more intense once Xu Quian teams up with the Guardians.

The first episode was extremely funny. You can tell they added a lot of comedic elements to the drama, and personally, I loved the lighthearted start. In the upcoming episodes, the plot seems to take a more serious turn and the humor subsides, likely due to the introduction of the main storyline. All the characters are acting incredibly, and they're easy to love. So far, there hasn't been a single dull moment. While romance isn't the main focus here, the plot itself is entertaining to watch.

Some comments mention that the comedy is over-the-top, but as a comedy lover, I think it's just right. Regarding the supposedly disorganized plot, I believe it's because we're being given a glimpse into the characters' interactions and the different environments in Dafeng, making it hard to predict what's to come.

Starting from episode 4, we're given hints about where the drama is headed. After all, there are 40 episodes, and they don't need to introduce everything at once. A major plus is that the story moves quickly and doesn't drag on with trivial matters.

You can see the big budget and importance they are giving to GOTD, from the clothing, the props to the posters, everything looks well done and very detailed.

Dylan's latest photos have been a visual feast for us, his fans. But despite this we continue to miss him, there is almost no information about him. His film is a great opportunity in his career, but it takes away from his fans the joy of seeing him more often :(((((((((

Is it possible that Dylan's episode with TXW will be released at the same time as GOTD? Apparently this one premieres at the beginning of November. I hope it's sooner :(

While other actors are looking to gain more popularity with Idol dramas. Dylan is looking to challenge himself more as an actor by playing various roles with renowned actors. With the arrival of GOTD and LTTN Dylan can reach another level.

More information please. :) From what I read, the script of the film is original and there are several writers who are involved, in addition the director has made several films that have been well received by the public, and have been rated with a good score on Douban. Hoping that Dylan's first movie is a total success.

It would be great if Dylan played a psychopath in the future. That would demonstrate the great range of performance he has and would take him to another level.
