But I had the same question because even though it's wrong, I don't think something like that should land you in court, especially not jail. So, I looked up SK law and you're right, it's not considered legal fraud in SK. I thought the enormous amount for the fender bender and jail time, in the beginning, was extreme, so I just don't want to see these characters suffering major consequences over something stupid again. Now, even though it's not SK law, that doesn't mean the writers won't find a way to throw one or more of them in jail again. I agree. All of them make terrible decisions and put themselves in bad situations, fighting when they should remain calm and backing down when they should protect themselves from being bullied.
